Wine Expedition was created with one thing in mind – to be everything to anyone who loves wine. Period. Whether it’s taking a tour of your favorite winery or one you’ve never heard of, or getting inside the head of a world renowned wine maker, or simply learning about what wine goes best with a specific dish, you can find it here.
Explore our webisodes and follow as we travel the globe to discover the unique personalities and characteristics of different wineries and vineyards, their staffs and facilities. We promise that we’ll be more than tourists. We’ll get involved; roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty. We’ll explore, taste, learn, and – most importantly – have fun indulging in all that wine has to offer, and the adventures don’t stop at the wineries either. We’ll visit amazing restaurants, meet renowned sommeliers and attend wine festivals and grape harvests. Each webisode is a different adventure with one thing constant – a truly amazing visual experience for you: the wine lover.

Tim Ering studied at the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California before indulging in his longtime love of the sea as a boatswains mate aboard the USS Kitty Hawk, sailing to points as far as Hawaii, Japan, the Philippines, Australia, Sri Lanka, and Africa. Since finishing Art School, he has worked successfully as an illustrator; his artwork has appeared in books, magazines, theatre sets, private murals and fine art galleries.
The invariably paint splattered artist lives and works in Somerville, Massachusetts. In addition to illustrating books for other authors, Tim's first authoring attempt resulted in the award- winning children's book Frog Belly Rat Bone. When he's not in his studio, Tim can be found enjoying one of the many outdoor activities he loves: fishing, skiing, surfing, sailing or mountain biking.
